About the event
Our first ever state of origin lifting series kicks of next month! Lifts include squatting, bench pressing, and deadlifting. Squats include goblet, back squats, and front squats.
The winner of the series is the team with the highest total load after all 3 meets.
Game 1: 3rd June 5:30pm - Deadlifts
Game 2: 24th June 5:30pm - Squats
Game 3: 15th July 5:30pm - Bench
Players will be allocated to a team after they register their interest by commenting on this post! Teams will be announced on the 29th of May as well as our first lift of the series. 💪 PS Non-members Welcome!!
